Persons with certain kinds of approved immigration benefits petitions may apply for permanent residency in the United States by filing Form I-485 with USCIS. We have a preliminary consultation to see if you are eligible for residency. We fill out the Form I-485. I prepare the supporting documents. We discuss any and all issues that may influence your residency application, such as health problems, criminal history, immigration history, and financial history. Note that this fee doesn't include an escrow deposit for postage fees. This service includes up to six months of monthly inquiry letters once the expected approval date has already passed. Residency Applicants always have to go to an interview at the USCIS Section 245 Office. If you hire me to prepare the documents (which are often quite extensive) that you must bring to the interview and to prepare for the questions that the immigration official will ask you, my fee is an additional $1500. My fee for having me attend the interview with you is $1500, although this price may be adjusted upwards if the interview is over 3 hours from my office, or it may be adjusted downwards depending on whether I have other clients with interviews at the same or nearby office on the same day.
