NACARA Sec. 203 Cancellation of Removal Application (Form I-881)
$3000 Flat Legal Services Fee
This is an application for nationals of El Salvador and Guatemala who have remained in the United States illegally since 1990 and who meet several other conditions. If U.S.C.I.S. approves your application, you will become a lawful permanent resident. We have a preliminary consultation to see if you are eligible for this benefit. I prepare the Form I-881 and supporting documents. If applicable, we have extensive conversations about your presence in the United States. I help prepare your personal statement and the statements of other people in support of your case describing how long you have been here and were you have lived and worked in the United States. Note that this fee doesn’t include an escrow deposit for postage fees. This service includes up to six months of monthly inquiry letters once the expected approval date has already passed. NACARA applicants always must always go to an interview with the U.S.C.I.S. Asylum Office. My fee for having me attend the interview with you is $1500, although this price may be adjusted depending on where your interview takes place and whether I have other interviews taking place on the same day. Whether or not you hire me to go with you to your NACARA interview, I will help you prepare for it.
Initial Temporary Protected Status Application (Form I-821)
$1500 Minimum Flat Legal Services Fee without Arrests, $2000 with Arrests. These fees are calculated based on a minimum of ten hours to 13 hours and 40 minutes spent in preparing your case. If my work time exceeds these amounts, I charge for further time at the rate of $150 per hour, billable in one minute increments. If I use less than the predicted time, that fee is credited towards future legal services fees on your case, or is kept as a minimum flat fee, as applicable.
This is an application for nationals of certain countries for permission to remain in the United States temporarily, as determined by the Department of Homeland Security. We have a preliminary consultation to see if you are eligible for this benefit. I prepare the supporting documents and application and file it with U.S.C.I.S. This service includes the filing of the I-765 application for work authorization. This service includes six months of inquiries in the event that the application is not approved within 30 days of the posted processing period.
Temporary Protected Status Application Renewal (Form I-821)
$750 Flat Legal Services Fee with Arrests ($500 for existing clients.) These fees are calculated based on a minimum of t five to three hours and twenty minutes spent on your case. If my work time exceeds these amounts, I charge for further time at the rate of $150 per hour, billable in one minute increments. If I use less than the predicted time, that fee is credited towards future legal services fees on your case, or is kept as a minimum flat fee, as applicable.

The legal services fee applies to cases without complicating factors. This service includes the filing of the I-765 application for work authorization. This service includes six months of inquiries in the event that the application is not approved within 30 days of the posted processing period.
