$2000 Flat Legal Services Fee with No Arrests, $3000 with Arrests
Persons who have been legal permanent residents for 3 to 5 years may apply for United States Citizenship. We have a preliminary consultation to see if you are eligible for Citizenship. We fill out the Form N-400. I prepare the supporting documents. We discuss any and all issues that may influence your citizenship application, such as health problems, criminal history, immigration history, and financial history. Note that this fee doesn't include an escrow deposit for postage fees. This service includes up to six months of monthly inquiry letters once the expected approval date has already passed. Residency Applicants always have to go to an interview at with the USCIS Naturalization Office. If you hire me to prepare the documents that you must bring to the interview and to prepare for the questions that the immigration official will ask you, my fee is an additional $1000. My fee for your hiring me attend the interview with you is $1500, although this price may be adjusted upwards if the interview is over 3 hours from my office, or it may be adjusted downwards depending on whether I have other clients with interviews at the same or nearby office on the same day.
